Non- (1 p.) Agreement.

Except with the (1 p.) written (1 p.) of the Company, the Employee shall not directly or indirectly seek to employ, entice away or in any other manner (1 p.) or attempt to persuade any person employed by the Company or any of its subsidiaries to leave the employ of any of them. Notwithstanding the (1 p.) , if any person employed by the Company or any of its (1 p.) who is not an officer, vice president, regional sales manager or operations manager of the Company or its subsidiaries actively (1 p.) out the Employee and initiates contact with the Employee for purposes of obtaining employment with the Employee at the Employee’s then place of business, such action shall not (1 p.) a violation of this provision. The provisions of this Section 6(b) shall remain in full (1 p.) and effect for a period of 12 months after the end of the (1 p.) .
