Confidentiality.

During the (1 p.) of this License Agreement and for a period of ten (10) years following the expiration or earlier

To the extent that disclosure to any person is authorized by this License Agreement, prior to disclosure, a Party shall obtain written (1 p.) of such person to hold in confidence and not disclose, use or grant the use of the Confidential Information of the other Party except as expressly permitted under this License Agreement. Each Party shall (1 p.) the other Party (1 p.) upon discovery of any unauthorized use or disclosure of the other party’s Confidential Information.
