2.1 Base Salary. In (1 p.) of the Executive’s performance of the obligations under this Agreement, during the (1 p.) , the Bank shall pay or cause to be paid to the Executive a (1 p.) at the annual rate of not less than 325,000 pounds (as may be increased from (1 p.) to time, the “Base Salary”), payable in instalments in (1 p.) with the Bank’s regular payroll policies and procedures. The Executive’s salary shall be (1 p.) annually by the Board or by the Board committee having jurisdiction over executive compensation (the “Compensation Committee”). At the (1 p.) of the Board or the Board committee having (1 p.) over executive compensation, the Executive’s Base Salary may be (1 p.) at any time and from time to time. However, the Executive’s Base Salary shall not be (1 p.) at any time during the Term.
