Survival of Provisions

(2 p.) the termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason, it is hereby agreed that those provisions of this Agreement which by their nature are intended to survive termination or expiration shall so survive. This includes, but is not (2 p.) to, the following provisions: Confidentiality, Intellectual (2 p.) Rights, Warranty Disclaimers, Indemnification, Limitation of (2 p.) , and any other provisions which by their nature should reasonably be understood to survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

The Parties agree that the expiration or termination of this Agreement shall not affect the rights or obligations of the Parties that (a) (2 p.) under this Agreement (2 p.) to such termination or expiration or (b) are intended to continue indefinitely (2 p.) of such termination or expiration.

Furthermore, the termination or expiration of this Agreement shall not (2 p.) either Party of any obligation accruing prior to such termination or expiration. All such rights and obligations shall (2 p.) the termination or expiration of this Agreement and continue in full (2 p.) and effect until they are satisfied or by their nature expire.
