Survival Clause

Notwithstanding the cessation or culmination of this Agreement, whether by lapse of time, by mutual accord, or pursuant to any provision herein, the stipulations hereof destined to withstand such cessation or culmination, including but not limited to Confidentiality, Intellectual Property Rights, Indemnification, and Limitation of Liability, shall persist in perpetuity or until fulfilled in their entirety. The rights and obligations borne (2 p.) , accruing (2 p.) , or necessitated by the aforementioned provisions shall, in spite of the Agreement's conclusion, remain (2 p.) effect, binding (2 p.) and inuring (2 p.) the benefit of the Parties hereto and their respective successors, assigns, and legal representatives.
