6. Acceleration of Payment Upon Breach
Right to Accelerate:

any provision to the contrary contained herein, in the event of a

breach of any term or condition of this Agreement by Employee, including but not

to, failure to comply with the obligations set forth in Sections 1 to 5, Employer shall have the right, at its

discretion, to declare all sums owing and to be owed under the terms of this Agreement immediately due and

Notice of Acceleration: Prior to exercising the right of acceleration herein granted, Employer shall provide Employee with written

of the breach and a period of 10 days to cure such breach. If Employee fails to cure the breach within the specified period, the Employer may, without further notice or demand, accelerate all obligations and payments.
Scope of Acceleration: Upon acceleration, all compensation, benefits, bonuses, and other payments that would otherwise be due to Employee throughout the remainder of the

of this Agreement shall become immediately due and payable, notwithstanding any scheduled payment dates previously agreed upon.
Enforcement: Employer's right to accelerate payments under this Clause shall be in addition to, and not in

of, any other rights or remedies available to Employer under this Agreement or
(1 p.)
law. Employer's failure to enforce this right of acceleration at any time shall not be deemed a

of such right or any other right or remedy.
