Acceleration Upon Default

Right of Acceleration: In the event of any default by the Employee (2 p.) the performance of any of the obligations set forth in this Agreement, including but not limited (2 p.) obligations under Sections 1-5, the Employer shall be entitled, (2 p.) its sole discretion and (2 p.) prejudice to its other rights hereunder, to accelerate and make immediately due and payable all sums and benefits, scheduled or anticipated, that would otherwise be due to the Employee throughout the remaining term (2 p.) this Agreement.
