Notice Requirements: All notices, requests, consents, claims, demands, waivers, and other communications hereunder (collectively, "Notices") must be (2 p.) writing and addressed to the parties at the addresses set (2 p.) on the face of this Agreement or to such other address that may be designated by the receiving party. Notices sent in accordance with these instructions shall be deemed effectively given: (a) when received, if delivered personally; (b) on the delivery date if delivered by a nationally recognized overnight courier ( (2 p.) all fees prepaid); (c) on the date sent by facsimile or email (2 p.) a PDF document (with confirmation of transmission) if sent during normal business hours of the recipient, and on the next business day if sent (2 p.) normal business hours of the recipient; or (d) on the third day after the date mailed, if mailed by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid.
