Severability Clause

If any (1 p.) of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or (1 p.) under (1 p.) law, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it (1 p.) . If modification is not possible, the provision shall be (1 p.) , and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full (1 p.) and effect. The Parties shall negotiate in good (1 p.) to (1 p.) any unenforceable provision with a valid one that best reflects the original (1 p.) . To the extent permitted by law, the Parties (1 p.) any rule that would render any provision invalid due to unenforceability.
