1. The Representative shall not (i) market, promote, distribute, act as sales representative for, import or purchase for resale in the Territory any products that compete with the Goods or (ii) ŚWIADCZYĆ (1 p.) services to, or become a partner or owner of, any person or PODMIOT (1 p.) that engages in or contemplates engaging in the competitive activities described in subsection (i) above.

5. The parties agree that any POWÓDZTWO (1 p.) in relation to an DOMNIEMANY (1 p.) breach of this Agreement shall be PODJĘTE (1 p.) within one year of the date of the breach.

6. Any action not brought within that one-year time period shall be barred, without regard to any other PRZEDAWNIENIA (1 p.) period set forth by law or statute.

7. It is anticipated by the parties that all work described W NINEJSZEJ UMOWIE (1 p.) will be completed within two (2) weeks of the date of SPORZĄDZENIA (umowy) (1 p.) , and that any delay in the completion of the work described herein shall constitute a ISTOTNE (1 p.) breach of this contract.

8. This Agreement shall be governed by and INTERPRETOWANA (1 p.) in accordance with the law of England and Wales and each party agrees to PODDAĆ SIĘ (1 p.) to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
